Rachelle Foley began her tenure as executive director of Simon House in January of 2019. She previously worked for four years with the Kentucky Housing Corporation, so she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her position at Simon House. She has also participated as a volunteer to create a warming shelter for homeless individuals in her hometown. She is a wife and the mother of three young children.
Emergency Shelter Case Manager
Alexis Allen is the Simon House Emergency Shelter Case Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky State University and is currently working on a Master of Public Administration degree from there. Alexis started her career as a family advocate for a Head Start Center in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
Alexis is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority which has a mission of service to all mankind. Working and helping people has always been Alexis’s passion.
Victim Assistance Case Manager
George Sparks joined the Simon House staff in March of 2020 as the case manager for our Victim Assistance Program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and also holds a Certificate in African American Studies from Eastern. He is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Mental Health degree from Eastern.
